Say hello to Ashtin Billhardt, a true Jacksonville local. She shares her Atlantic Beach home with her husband Jeff, their bubbly 3-year-old daughter, and their lovable furry companion, Mr. Bear!
Ashtin earned her degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida. For the first five years of her career, she balanced teaching with her own babysitting business. In 2020, after welcoming her daughter, her focus shifted. That's when fate introduced her to Morgan Clark, the visionary behind SmartSitter.
Ashtin's mission is clear: to bring exceptional service to both Jacksonville families and providers. The city deserves reliable, trustworthy sitters, while sitters seek flexible and innovative opportunities. JAXSITTER delivers all this and more!

Meet Morgan Clark, a dedicated mother of two and seasoned entrepreneur, who is the driving force behind SmartSitter, a concierge babysitting platform, serving St. Louis, MO, Jacksonville, FL, and Atlanta, GA, with more to come in 2026!
Currently, Morgan leads the marketing and technology initiatives for SmartSitter. Collaborating closely with her teams, she focuses on improving logistics, hiring practices, and enhancing the overall user experience.
Her goal is to share industry knowledge while ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service.

The journey began in 2015 when Ashtin Billhardt realized the need for better childcare solutions for busy families in Jacksonville. A Jacksonville native and a UNF student, she courageously launched Bumble and Bee Babysitting in her hometown.
Driven by a commitment to offer convenience and quality to parents, she and Morgan Clark joined forces. They cultivated a community of highly qualified sitters and combined it with top-tier service and proprietary technology. The outcome? An unparalleled childcare experience that is bound to redefine your family's approach to care.
